Survey for businesses in Duns
A Heart for Duns (AHFD) is considering the option to stimulate and support the formation of a Business Forum for Duns. The idea has been mooted a few times, and there was a recent Scottish Borders Chamber of Commerce meeting spotlighting Duns that suggested some levels of interest.
AHFD is a Development Trust, and while we have a core purpose based on the Volunteer Hall development and operation, and a role in developing betterment and activities within the community, we’re not a business animator as such. What we think we can do is provide support and offer some initial resources to help a Duns Business Forum for Duns to form and to define a purpose. We can provide some space to meet, an online platform such as Zoom, a secretariat and some initial ideas.
We would like to hear from local businesses operating within Duns and District to help us determine what levels of interest exists and shape next steps in supporting businesses.
