Conservation and renovation of Polwarth Kirk
Public meeting
Tuesday 1 November, 6pm – 8pm
at the Volunteer Hall, Duns
The meeting is to see and discuss plans for the conservation and renovation of Polwarth Kirk by Marchmont Farms Ltd. The building will be repaired and preserved for future generations and adapted into a community and performance space. We would love members of the local community to come along to the meeting, see the plans for the Kirk and how they might be able to get involved in bringing this wonderful historic building back into local use. Attending the meeting will be Lucy Brown, General Manager of Marchmont House and Marchmont Makers Foundation, the architects of the Kirk renovation: Page & Park and Chief Executive of the Tron Theatre, Sam Gough (our theatre consultant).
