More than twenty new plays at DunsPlayFest

| Duns Play Fest is running from Friday 29 April to Saturday 7 May at the Volunteer Hall, while the Festival’s community events will take place in and around Duns for everybody to enjoy, including a special family day on the Duns Castle Estate. If you are a seasoned theatre-goer, or would just like small tasters to see how you like live drama – Duns Play Fest has the variety for you, including contemporary, controversial, historical, humorous and tragic plays – with various run times, from ten minutes to two hours. There will be plays that have been performed in theatres in Scotland and England with professional actors, plays performed and written by local theatre groups, plays written by established playwrights, plays written by newly emerging playwrights, and plays written and performed by students with the help of playwrights and theatre-makers. Tickets are available and you can make excellent savings with a Festival Pass to all events for £60+booking fee*.
